FEE DEPOSIT CIRCULAR, for Session : 2020-2021

Dear Parents,

Greetings from DAV Hamirpur

Following the directions mentioned in the letter (No. EDN-HE(21)A(PS-16/2019-General Instructions dated 27th May 2020) of Director of Higher Education – HP, you are requested to kindly deposit only the Tuition Fee (Monthly Charges) for Session : 2020-2021, of your ward who was studying in this school in the previous Session : 2019-2020 and promoted to next class in the existing Session : 2020-2021.

Kindly note that as per the directions of the Govt., there is no hike being made in Tuition Fee for the Session : 2020-2021, till further directions and it is the same as it was in the previous Session : 2019-2020. Class-wise Fee Structure of the previous Session : 2019-2020, is available on the Website of the school (www.davhamirpur.in) and it can be deposited accordingly, using Gateway through the website of the school only.

It is informed that as per the directions of the Govt., Yearly Annual Charges for the Session :

2020-2021 are being deferred during the period of Lockdown, till July 2020.

Parents are also requested to deposit the pending dues of the previous Session :

  2019-2020, if any. There will be NO Late Fine for the months of, April, May and June  2020.

Teachers are putting in their best efforts to keep children updated and in touch with studies through online classes so that there is no loss of their studies .
